By accessing or using CrownWrite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrownWrite provides AI-powered text humanization services. We transform AI-generated or machine-written text into natural, human-like prose. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or conduct attacks
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our models

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to text you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the humanization service.

Output: You own the humanized text generated by our Service. We do not claim ownership of output, though we reserve the right to refuse service for prohibited content.

6. Privacy and Data

We do not store, share, or use your submitted text for training purposes. All content is processed in memory and immediately deleted after humanization. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to renewal periods, not current billing cycles.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of your billing period.

8. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Abuse or excessive usage may result in throttling or account suspension. Enterprise plans include dedicated capacity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUTPUT WILL PASS ALL AI DETECTORS OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CROWNWRITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
